Enterprise Appoints New Officers in Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Tax Credit SyndicationColumbia, Md.–Enterprise Community Investment Inc. has appointed four new officers in Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Tax Credit Syndication.Kari R. Fitzpatrick (pictured) was elected as vice president of Investment Management–Capital Markets, Bill Ostrye will be vice president of Fund Analysis–Capital Markets, Tom Eastman is the new vice president of Tax Credit Syndication and John Ducey will be the vice president of Structured Finance.Fitzpatrick was named director and head of Investment Management in 2007. In this role, she maintained and augmented key investor relationships as well as managed and raised capital for investment in affordable housing projects.Ostrye has more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience and Eastman manages acquisition activity in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, upstate New York and across the New England states. Ducey has previously served as director of originations for Enterprise’s Structured Finance business, responsible for managing the company’s placement of equity and mezzanine debt for market-rate housing in addition to New Markets Tax Credit investments targeted at mixed-use and commercial developments.Architecture Firm Names Two New Shareholders Irvine, Calif.–KTGY Group Inc., an architecture and planning company, has named Keith Labus (pictured to the right), principal of Studio 6 and Ken Ryan (pictured at bottom), principal of the Community Planning and Urban Design Studio, as shareholders of the company.“We now have 30 shareholders,” says KTGY’s CEO Tricia Esser. “Our goal is to add experience and talent and continue to create management continuity and design/planning quality for our clients. These shareholders each bring unique attributes to that framework.”   Labus has been with KTGY since 2002 and offers 13 years of planning and design experience in the areas of high-density market rate, and affordable residential and mixed-use projects.Ryan joined KTGY in 2007 and currently heads up KTGY’s Community Planning and Urban Design Studio providing expertise in master planned communities, urban design, mixed-use/regeneration, resort/recreation, strategic planning and entitlement services.SB Architects Appoints Its First CFO San Francisco–SB Architects has promoted Scott Boyle, Eric Nyhus and Jorey Friedman to vice president and has appointed John Cisco as it its first new chief financial officer. In his role as the firm’s CFO, Cisco will help to ensure a strong future for the  rapidly growing practice, according to the company.Friedman leads the design teams of some of the firm’s most prominent resort projects, including new resorts in the Caribbean, Egypt and India.Boyle leads the design teams for the firm’s mixed-use resort projects, including the new Montage Royal Island Resort in the Bahamas and Nyhus has played leadership roles on the design teams for Ritz-Carlton Kapalua and Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, both resort renovation projects.
