Rosenberg recently joined Charles Dunn Company as an associate in the company’s investment services group.Rosenberg, who will be based in the company’s West Los Angeles office and will be responsible for market share and sales volume, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in the greater Los Angeles area, including Hawthorne, Gardena and Los Angeles. Before joining Charles Dunn, Rosenberg spent three years as an associate with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. Fredrik Eklund Promoted to Managing Director at CORE Group Marketing New York–CORE Group Marketing recently promoted Fredrik Eklund (picturedright) from senior vice president to managing director. Eklund is a founding member of the firm, and at 31, he is one of the youngest managing directors in the New York City residential brokerage community. “Fredrik can be counted on to consistently garner the highest price in record time,” says Shaun Osher, founder and chief executive officer of CORE Group Marketing. “We look forward to his future contributions to CORE in this elevated position.” In addition to working closely with Osher on corporate expansion, Eklund will soon begin his first uptown project at 949 Park Ave. Eklund has acquired over $200 million in sales around the globe, specializing in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. The Real Estate Board of New York named Eklund “Rookie of the Year” after his first year in the business. Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Eklund studied at the Stockholm School of Economics. At the age of 23, he founded an Internet company with over 45 employees, and went on to work for the investment bank SEB in Stockholm, London, Singapore and Tokyo before arriving in New York City.
