He joined Wachovia in 2003 when it acquired Lend Lease Mortgage Capital, the company he formerly led.Steve Guerrero Joins U.S. Energy Group’s Executive Sales Team Fresh Meadows, N.Y.–U.S. Energy Group has appointed Steve Guerrero (pictured left) as senior account manager. The addition of Guerrero, who joined the company this month, is the latest growth move for U.S. Energy Group, which added Dan Margulies as COO; Warren Zaretsky as vice president of marketing, Tom Scali as director of sales and business development, John Cirella as vice president of production and David Unger as chief technology officer.  Three years ago, the rising cost of energy and rising concerns for the environment led U.S. Energy Group founder and CEO, Jerry Pindus, to embark on an aggressive growth strategy for the company. Scali says, “I quickly recognized that Guerrero has a passion for sales and a commitment to outstanding client service – and I wanted him on our team.” Guerrero, who started his career in investment banking with JP Morgan, moved to the New York real estate industry in 2004, where he quickly built a reputation for innovative thinking and impeccable client service.Westbrook Becomes Member of Camden’s New Board of Trust ManagersHouston–Camden Property Trust has appointed of Kelvin R. Westbrook to the company’s board of trust managers. Westbrook will serve as an independent trust manager of the company and a member of the audit committee.Westbrook has served as president and CEO of KRW Advisors LLC since September 2007.  He also served as chairman and chief strategic officer of Millennium Digital Media Systems LLC from October 2006 to September 2007, and as its president and CEO from 1997 to October 2006. The appointment of Westbrook fills a vacancy on the company’s board, after the previous independent trust manager retired in 2007.
