By Anuradha Kher, Online News EditorRenee Morales Becomes Group Coordinator of Keystone Pacific Irvine, Calif.–Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc., an Irvine, Calif.-based property management firm, has promoted Renee Morales (pictured) from community association manger to group coordinator.Morales will be based in Irvine, where she will serve as a mentor to her team, ensure team cohesion and handle the needs of the clients and homeowners associations.Morales is currently pursuing the California Community Association Manager (CCAM) certification through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).Guardian Promoted Two, Hires New Portfolio Manager Portland, Ore.–Guardian Management LLC has promoted Amanda Clark (pictured) to portfolio manager and Jessica Van Raden to associate portfolio manager. Guardian also hired Mark Harris as a portfolio manager.Harris and Van Raden will manage conventional multifamily assets in the Pacific Northwest region, while Clark’s role will focus on oversight of affordable housing communities under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Rural Development (RD) and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs. Clark has been an employee at Guardian since 2005 and is responsible for managing 20 affordable housing properties totaling more than 1,000 units in Oregon. Clark has more than 10 years of property management experience and is a licensed property manager. She has extensive knowledge of HUD, RD and LIHTC programs, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH). Harris has joined Guardian Management as a portfolio manager and will oversee 18 market-rate properties in the Portland area. Prior to joining Guardian, Harris served as a regional manager and director of ancillary services for BRE Properties in Tucson, Ariz.Van Raden joined Guardian Management in 2004 as a community manager of two luxury properties and has been promoted to associate portfolio manager. She will be responsible for property and asset management for 11 conventional and Section 42 properties in Oregon. Bain, Goodman Hired as RentBureau Co-Directors of Membership Services Atlanta–RentBureau has hired Kateri Bain (pictured) and Benjamin Goodman as co-directors of membership services. Bain and Goodman will be leading RentBureau’s membership growth initiative in major cities throughout the country, by creating partnerships for RentBureau with industry associations and multifamily owners and managers.Bain has 12 years of experience in the apartment industry and most recently served as sales manager at American Furniture Rental. Bain has held leadership positions in the Triangle Apartment Association in North Carolina, including serving on the board of directors and the relocation board of directors. She also served as a member of the board of directors for the Cumberland County Apartment Association in North Carolina.Goodman brings more than six years of consultative sales and relationship service experience from the commercial and corporate real estate industries. He previously served as a regional sales executive with CoStar Group, and as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting’s corporate real estate practice.
