Most Important Apartment Community Services Revealed
J Turner Research revealed which community services are most and least important to residents.

New research by J Turner Research revealed which community services are most and least important to apartment dwellers, specifically Baby Boomers and Millennials. The report revealed 73 percent of all residents across generations reported 24-hour security and online payments as most important community services. Coming in second place is round the clock service guarantee at 72 percent. The least important factor for Baby Boomers is fluff and fold services and onsite volunteer opportunities.
The research unveiled that amenity services are more important to Millennials than Baby Boomers. When it comes to rent payment, 78 percent of Millennials would rather pay online compared to 60 percent of Baby Boomers. Of Millennials , 75 percent are more set on 24-hour service guarantees compared to 68 percent of Baby Boomers. Also, more than a quarter of Millennials (30 percent) prefer organized fitness classes compared to a quarter of Baby Boomers.
