After recently completing Pearl La Floresta in Brea, Calif., MORGAN and Mesirow Financial have opened Midtown 29, a luxury apartment high-rise in Midtown Miami. Wells Fargo provided construction financing and the building was designed by Stantec.
Located at 180 NE 29th St., the 20-story Midtown 29 comprises 309 units, more than 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and an adjacent six-level parking garage. The site is located at the entrance to the 645,000-square-foot The Shops at Midtown Miami. Apartments are offered in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, averaging 837 square feet. Residents have access to a seventh floor amenity deck that includes:
- resort-style swimming pool
- spa
- private cabanas
- outdoor bar
- grilling stations
- fitness center
- yoga/spinning studio
“Midtown 29 is an exciting addition to the growing Midtown Miami area with its authentic aesthetic, curated art collection and upscale amenities,” Evan Schlecker, regional vice president of development, MORGAN, told Multi-Housing News. “This high-rise reflects the vibrancy of the surrounding Midtown, Wynwood and Design District neighborhoods. We believe Midtown 29 offers it all in one premium package, and residents so far seem to agree.”
