Monument Real Estate Services, a property manager and value-add company, has recently named its former vice president of operations, Jaime Rauscher, as chief operating officer. She will lead her team of professionals from the company’s Charlotte, N.C., office.
Rauscher will oversee 60 apartment communities across 10 states. As part of the executive team, she will also contribute to setting the strategic direction of the firm and lead its execution of that strategy. “Her expertise within the property management arena will certainly allow us to continue a positive growth trajectory, as we look to continuously better serve the residents at our communities,” said Monument Real Estate Services CEO Gregory Lozinak, in a prepared statement.
With more than 15 years of experience in property management, Rauscher used to serve as regional vice president for CF Lane. She was responsible for the direct oversight of due diligence and subsequent business plan development of all owned and third party assets, as well as the implementation of value-add business plans for a 9,000-unit portfolio.
