Monument Real Estate Services Names New VP

Alisha Huntsinger is the company’s new vice president of operations. She will oversee daily operations in support of the execution of the firm’s strategy.

Monument Real Estate Services named Alisha Huntsinger as vice president of operations. Huntsinger will be based in Charlotte, N.C. With 13 years of experience in property management, Huntsinger will work with a team that manages more than 20 communities across the north and southeast regions. 

“As we continue to expand our multi-family portfolio, Alisha’s addition to our group further enhances our senior leadership team and her diverse skill set will allow us to continue to enrich the lives of our teams and residents,” said Monument Real Estate Services COO Jaime Rauscher, in prepared remarks.  

Huntsinger’s background

Monument Real Estate’s new vice president of operations’ previous experience includes affordable housing work with Section 8, Hope VI, public housing and LIHTC. She has also worked with conventional housing, ranging from luxury, student housing, mixed-use and workforce housing. Moreover, she developed best practices for both site-level and executive-level teams in her previous roles.

Huntsinger holds certifications through the National Association of Home Builders as well as the National Affordable Housing Management Association. Prior to her new position at Monument Real Estate Services, she was involved with multiple boards that work to improve the lives of at-risk families and youth. 

Recently, Monument Real Estate Services appointed real estate management veteran Carey Dougherty as vice president of operations in the company’s South Florida office.
