Monument Real Estate Lands 4 Management Assignments in Florida
Monument Real Estate Services added a combined 1,076 units to its management portfolio in Melbourne, Fla., expanding its presence in the Palm Bay–Melbourne–Titusville metro area.

Miami—Miami-based Monument Real Estate Services was recently granted new management assignments at four garden-style apartment communities throughout the Melbourne area, including Reserves of Melbourne, The Harbours, Park Village and Malabar Lakes.

Reserves of Melbourne Apartments, the largest of the four communities, is located at 2262 Crippen Court in Melbourne and features 448 units with one-, two- and three-bedroom options. The Harbours, the second-largest property, comprises 378 garden-style apartment homes and is located at 1032 Hidden Harbour Drive in Melbourne. It features one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts.
Offering 138 units with one- and two-bedroom apartments, Park Village Apartments is located at 3099 Park Village Way in Melbourne, while Malabar Lakes, located at 1018 Malabar Lakes Drive NE in Palm Bay, offers 112 units with two-bedroom floor plans in two-story buildings.
Each community features unique amenities such as walking and biking trails, swimming pools, barbecue and picnic areas, as well as boat and canoe launches.
Monument will implement capital improvement plans at each of the properties as part of its full-service management plan. Upgrades will include new cabinetry, appliances, lighting and flooring replacements.
