Monticello Apartment Community in Silicon Valley Is Move-In Ready
The 825-unit Santa Clara luxury property, with rents starting at $2,600, will welcome its first residents in August.

Santa Clara, Calif.—Irvine Co. Apartment Communities has begun the leasing campaign for Monticello, a luxury-style community in Santa Clara, in the center of Silicon Valley. The mixed-use development features 825 apartments and 43,000 square feet of retail space.
The luxury homes offer high-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, hardwood-style floors, in-home washer and dryer, a smoke- and vapor-free environment. The apartments, which are also pet-friendly, vary from 704 square feet for a one-bedroom to 1,230 square feet for a two-bedroom with two bathrooms and a den, while rents range from $2,600 to $4,000.
Amenities include two swimming pools, dog wash, bike shop, bike storage, electric vehicle charging stations, clubrooms, Wi-Fi in common areas and a parcel delivery room with 24-hour access. A 3,760-square-foot fitness center is also available on site. The outdoor socializing and entertainment areas include open areas and themed courtyards, dining areas, poolside seating, double-sided fireplaces and a children’s play area.
“With luxury on-site amenities and close proximity to the Lawrence Caltrain station, Monticello offers the best of city living in the South Bay,” Chaz Mueller, president of ICAC, said in a prepared statement.
The luxury community is located in the proximity of Lawrence Expressway and the Lawrence Caltrain station, offering easy access to employers in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. The first residents are expected to move in next month.
