More than 70 percent of CEOs consider culture a key element for driving a company’s financial performance, according to recent data from Heidrick and Struggles. “A good culture can steer the ship out of storms such as a global health crisis, unstable financial markets or civil unrest,” Christine Ramsey, chief administrative officer with Draper and Kramer Inc., told Multi-Housing News Senior Editor Laura Calugar in the August edition of the Mission Success: Women in Multifamily podcast series.
Ramsey is responsible for human resources, communications, stockholder relations, risk management and office services, having played a key role in defining and shaping the company’s work culture for the past 8 years.
