Mission Rock Residential was chosen by Hamilton Zanze to manage another Portland, Ore., community called Courtyards at Cedar Hills Apartments. Located in Beaverton, 7 miles west of Portland, the property comprises 145 units. 

With an address at 13643 SW Electric St., Courtyards at Cedar Hills is a two-story, garden-style community constructed in 1969. The property features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The residences offer open floorplans, abundant natural light, vinyl wood plank flooring, ceiling fans and large closets. Community amenities include an indoor, heated swimming pool.

Trails and paths

The Portland market has proven stable even during the pandemic’s era of economic uncertainty. Courtyards at Cedar Hills is situated halfway between the coast and Mt. Hood.

With more than 100 parks in the community, there exists a park within a half mile of every Beaverton home. The city offers 30 miles of hiking trails and a 25-mile network of bike paths. It is also proximate to job centers including Intel and the world headquarters of Nike, both of which serve as prime economic engines of the area.

The community puts residents close to dining and retail hubs such as the Canyon Place Shopping Center and Portland Saturday Market. Also nearby is the 82-store Cedar Hills Crossing shopping center features a supermarket and the Century 15 Cedar Hills theater. For fun, residents can visit the Oregon Zoo or take in the Portland Art Museum.

The pet-friendly community is also pedestrian and transit friendly. The property is less than 30 miles away from the Portland International Airport.
