Wood Partners developed the 28-story mixed-use development located four miles of downtown Miami. The project is slated for completion by May 2019.
Stantec and Kast Construction have topped off Midtown 8, a 28-story mixed-use development in Miami. The building features 387 units, 30,000 square feet of retail space and a 10-story parking structure. Wood Partners is the developer of the project, which is slated for completion in May 2019.
The development occupies two acres at 2901 and 2951 NE 1st Ave., near interstates 95 and 195, roughly four miles of downtown Miami. Midtown 8 is a 389,700-square-foot project and comprises a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses with elevated ceilings.
Community amenities will include:
- co-working space
- hammock garden
- rocking chair lounge area
- yoga studio
- demonstration kitchen
- juice bar
“We’re proud to be celebrating this momentous milestone for Midtown 8,” said Jennifer Llop-Noy, project manager at Stantec, in prepared statements. “Once completed, Midtown 8 will provide exceptional residences with sophisticated interiors and amenities for the local market in Midtown Miami, one of the most dynamic residential enclaves in the city.”
In December of last year, a similar luxury residential tower also developed by Wood Partners topped off at 1000 Park Avenue in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood.
