Miami’s 1010 Brickell to Begin Closings
The 389-unit tower, a partnership of Key International and 13th Floor Investments, underwent 36 months of construction and is currently 99 percent sold.

Key International and 13th Floor Investments have completed 1010 Brickell, a luxury condo tower in Miami. Receiving its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from Miami-Dade County, this is the third completed project between the partnership. The 50-story tower underwent 36 months of construction and will begin closings in early September, with occupancy of first residents to begin shortly after. Located in the heart of Miami’s financial district, the tower is currently 99 percent sold with only three units available. The project was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects.
The 389-unit community features studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 633 to 2,225 square feet. Interior features include nine-foot ceilings, private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, enhanced soundproofing, built-in master bedroom wardrobes, European-inspired kitchen cabinetry and views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
Luxury Amenities Within Reach
1010 Brickell offers a vast array of amenities within its two-story amenity zone “The Club at 1010” on the 11th and 12th levels, which includes:
- indoor, heated pool with retractable glass walls
- attendant and towel service
- outdoor running track
- tanning sundeck
- virtual golf simulator
- game room with bowling, foosball, air hockey, ping pong and an arcade
- basketball, squash and bocce ball court

Key International and 13th Floor Investments’ other projects include 400 Sunny Isles and The Harbour, a $300 million twin-tower luxury waterfront condominium development in North Miami Beach, Fla., which topped off construction earlier this month.
