Two Roads Development has topped out construction of Elysee, a 57-story luxury condo tower that will become the tallest residential building in downtown Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The 649-foot glass tower designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica is due for completion in 2020.

Two Roads Development secured $138.1 million in construction financing for the 100-unit project at 788 NE 23rd St. in August of last year. Located along the Biscayne Bay waterfront, between the Venetian and Julia Tuttle Causeways, the tower started construction in 2017.

The property’s half-floor and full-floor residences will come in three- to six-bedroom layouts ranging in size from 2,299 to 6,000 square feet. Priced from around $1.8 million to upwards of $10 million, all the homes will feature private elevators and foyers, ceiling heights of at least 10 feet, impact-resistant windows and sliding doors, gourmet kitchens and large east- and west-facing terraces.

Resident amenities will span three full floors, including a marble lobby and living room area, bayfront lounge and waterfront pool, resort-size lap pool, fitness center, and spa with private sauna. The Elysee’s Owners’ Sky Level will occupy the full 30th floor, featuring amenities for large-scale entertaining including a lounge and bar area, dining room and catering facility. Interior concepts are designed Jean-Louis Deniot.
