Phase 3 Starts on $370M South Florida Mixed-Use Towers
Oasis Hallandale, which is situated in the Miami area, is expected to be online in 2026.
South Florida-based MGM Construction Group has broken ground on the third phase of Oasis Hallandale, a mixed-use luxury project in Hallandale Beach, Fla. This phase of the project will feature 500 condominiums across two 25-story towers.
MGM is the general contractor for the $370 million project located at 1000 E Hallandale Beach Blvd. Phase 1 has already been completed and Phase 2 is nearly finished. Phase 3 will include the two towers totaling 1.4 million square feet. Completion is slated for 2026. Developers, led by Giuseppe Iadisernia, are also including office space and dining options.
Arquitectonica is the architect on the project. Last week, Red Apple Real Estate began construction on another Arquitectonica-designed property in Florida. The Residences at 400 Central, a 301-unit, 46-story condominium project in St. Petersburg, Fla., will be the tallest residential building on Florida’s Gulf Coast when completed in early 2025.
Oasis Hallandale is unique to the area, offering residences, office space, restaurants, and a grocery market, MGM Construction Group President Marcel Fernandez said in prepared remarks.
Each of the towers will have contemporary floor plans with one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging in price from $580,000 to $3.5 million. Condo features will include floor to ceiling windows and glass sliding doors, broad balconies with glass railings, walk-in closets, powder rooms in select residences, Italian countertops and tile in the kitchens and bathrooms, double sinks in primary baths and frameless glass-enclosed showers.
Community amenities will include valet parking, a 24-hour lobby attendant, business and conference rooms, a lounge bar with pool tables, banquet hall, golf simulator, children’s playroom, both indoor and outdoor movie theaters, two pools, hot tub spa, children’s splash pad and a poolside cabanas. The property will also feature a playground, barbecue and fire pit areas, yoga lawn, Ping-Pong room, a mini soccer field, pet park, bike parking, electric vehicle charging station and storage.
Hallandale Beach is located about 20 miles north of downtown Miami and near Aventura, Fla. It is close to Sunny Isles Beach and Hollywood Beach as well as Gulfstream Park, Port Everglades Cruiseport in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Aventura Mall, Hollywood Boardwalk and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla.
