Highlighted by premier offerings like a cabana-laden pool deck and a skydeck—a rarity in a low-rise community—the four-story building encompasses a range of unit styles, including single-story units with carports, two-story bungalows, three-story walk-ups and four-story residences served by elevators. Arte’s exterior—featuring metal canopies, large-scale tilework and floating stucco flames—plays a part in this model of the urbanization of suburbia.
