MBK Rental Living to Open CA Luxury Property
Located in Paso Robles, Blue Oak will encompass 85 units and 56 townhomes. Rentals are already available, with Alliance Residential handling both leasing and property management services.

MBK Rental Living will open this week Blue Oak, a luxury apartment and townhome community in Paso Robles, Calif. Leasing is underway at the Alliance Residential-managed asset that contains 85 units and 56 townhomes.
Located at 710 Experimental Station Road, Blue Oak is close to downtown Paso Robles and 35 miles from San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport. Regional universities such as University of Santa Barbara and California Polytechnic State University are nearby. The property includes eight floorplans, ranging from 765 to 1,452 square feet.
With rents between $1,700 and $2,700 per month, Blue Oak feature one- to three-bedroom apartments, featuring stainless-steel appliances, covered patios, granite countertops, energy-efficient washers and dryers, as well as smart-enabled thermostats. Blue Oak also has two- and three-story residences with 9-foot ceilings and attached garages. Arris Studio Architects and Firma Consultants designed Blue Oak with amenities such as:
- a clubhouse
- barbecue areas
- swimming pool and spa
- fitness center
- resident garden
- playground
This is the first phase of construction for Blue Oak Apartments. According to Yardi Matrix data, the community will eventually feature 142 units, with completion anticipated for next year. Last month, MBK’s senior living branch acquired a 1,200-unit portfolio across California, Washington and Arizona.
