Matrix’s Wyngate Townhome Community Closes in on Sell-Out of Phase One Homes

Matrix Residential Properties, the residential division of Matrix Development Group, has announced that Wyngate, a 198-townhome community, has nearly sold out of its Phase One construction homes.

Montgomery County, Penn.—Matrix Residential Properties, the residential division of Matrix Development Group, has announced that Wyngate, a 198-townhome community, has nearly sold out of its Phase One construction homes.

“The strong buyer activity at Wyngate is a testament to the inherent value afforded by these meticulously designed residences,” says Charles Taylor, vice president of Matrix Residential Properties.

Wyngate is a past recipient of six Home Builders Association Pinnacle Awards, including Community of the Year and Home of the Year.

Construction of the homes in Phase Two of the community is about to commence. Once completed, Wyngate will feature 29 buildings and 34 acres of open space.

Designed by L & M Architects of Wayne, Penn., Wyngate offers two- and three-bedroom floor plans priced from $239,900 to $299,900.

Buyers have the option of adding a third-floor loft for a total of 10 different floor plans available to fit a variety of lifestyle needs and desires.

The two-story homes feature nine-foot ceilings, four-panel Colonial-style doors; kitchens with Wellborn Forrest Products cabinetry; Whirlpool appliances, Moen faucets and attached garages. Other residence options include a sunroom with a skylight, a second master-bedroom suite, an electric fireplace and Corian or granite countertops.

Matrix is currently offering a fixed-rate financing of 4.5 percent on all homes purchased at Wyngate through Nov. 26.
