Marcus & Millichap Lends a Hand in Tampa

Tampa, Fla.—Marcus & Millichap has recently announced the sale of Green Oaks Apartments, a 100-unit apartment community in Tampa. The asset sold for $6.4 million.

Situated on 2.88 acres at 3801 W. Wallace Ave. in the South Tampa submarket, the property is one block west of the intersection of Interbay Boulevard and Dale Mabry Highway, a primary retail corridor in the county. The eight-building, two-story community features 62 one- and 38 two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 600 to 900 square feet.

First vice presidents of investments Francesco Carriera and Michael Regan, Senior Associate Joshua Teplitzky, and Cameron Barbas, associate in the company’s Tampa division, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also represented the buyer, both entities being private investors.
