Los Angeles—Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of a three-unit apartment property in Los Angeles for more than $1.6 million, according to Tony Solomon, regional manager of the firm’s West Los Angeles office. Senior Vice President Rob Narchi, Senior Associate Peter James and Associate Johnny Cleator had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The asset was built in 1947, on a 6,173-square-foot lot at 854 Alandele Ave., in the Miracle Mile submarket of L.A. The property includes two very large two-bedroom/one-bathroom units and one large one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit, all with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The apartments feature washer and dryer hookups and ample storage space.
