Marcus & Millichap has promoted Jason Hague and Ned Roberts to the respective positions of first vice president and vice president of investments in Tampa, Fla. Both executives previously served as senior associates.
Hague began his tenure at Marcus & Millichap as an associate in 2013 and became a senior associate in 2017. He specializes in multifamily properties and is a co-lead of the firm’s RPH Multifamily Group. Hague has been involved in 70 transactions with a total value of $224 million. The newly appointed first vice president has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Tampa.
Roberts joined the company in 2015—also at the associate level—moving to his previous role in 2018. He is a partner with Hague in the RPH Multifamily Group and has been involved in transactions valued at more than $265 million. Roberts holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
This month, Marcus & Millichap’s Levin Johnston arranged the sale of two multifamily properties in San Mateo, Calif. The assets traded for a total of $24.5 million.
