Luxury Tower to Add to San Antonio’s Skyline
JMJ Development announced ambitious plans to construct a 30-story luxury apartment tower on the San Antonio River Walk, as part of a five-year plan to revive the city's center.

San Antonio—A 30-story luxury apartment tower will rise along the River Walk, adding to the city’s five-year-old Decade of Downtown initiative to revive the city’s center.
Councilman Roberto C. Trevino stated, “We look forward to a great collaborative opportunity with JMJ Development to further add to the unique skyline of San Antonio. We welcome the thoughtful approach that JMJ Development is taking to jobs, architecture and community input.”
JMJ Development of Dallas plans to break ground this summer on the tower, dubbed JMJ Towers River Walk; it will be one of the tallest additions to the San Antonio skyline. The high-rise will consist of 201 luxury apartments featuring upscale amenities, technology and convenience, as well as extravagant restaurants and retail space.

The tower will be located at 112-120 Villita St., conveniently placed within walking distance of the city’s many businesses, courts, and convention center, as well as its historical, dining and tourist attractions. The development will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom units, including top-floor penthouses with amenities such as a hi-tech automated parking system, high-end fitness area and swimming pool with connecting clubhouse.
