Miami—Moss & Associates announced the topping out of SLS Lux Brickell, a $180 million luxury condo-hotel project located in Miami. The project broke ground in December 2014, and vertical construction started in August 2015.

The 60-story, 1.3 million-square-foot building was designed by Arquitectonica and is being developed by The Related Group, sbe and The Allen Morris Co. The luxury tower will feature private elevators, a pool deck with cabanas, sporting and recreation amenities, a children’s play area, ground floor restaurant and a lounge.
“This property will set a new standard in luxury living, and we are proud that the Related Group trusted us for the realization of this concept,” Scott Desharnais, executive vice president with Moss & Associates, said in prepared remarks.
The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2017.
