The ViewLong Island City, N.Y.—TF Cornerstone’s development The View, a luxury condominium located in Long Island City as part of the EastCoast project, has reached 100 percent occupancy. Modern Spaces handled the sales for the property.

Located at 4630 Center Blvd. in Queens, the 18-story The View is the only condo out of the six residential buildings situated on premium waterfront in the EastCoast project, offering buyers iconic views of the East River and the Manhattan skyline.

“Long Island City has been the hip place to be for a while now,” Eric Benaim, Modern Spaces’ CEO & president, tells MHN. “This is the only waterfront condo building in the area and sold at record prices.”

The View is compromised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes ranging up to 1,879 square feet. Units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak flooring, large ceilings, gourmet-ready kitchens with Viking and Sub Zero appliances, washer/dryers and elegant, five-fixture marble bathrooms. Many units also have their own private balconies or terraces.

“TF Cornerstone’s waterfront project has been instrumental in elevating the Long Island City real estate market and has put the neighborhood on the map in terms of luxury living,” Benaim says. “The neighborhood has evolved to become the frontrunner in art and creativity. We couldn’t be more honored to have been brought onboard for this project and we look forward to a long-term partnership.”

Located adjacent to the Gantry State Park, The View is in close proximity to neighboring restaurants like Michelin rated SHI, Café Henri and Tournesol as well as numerous café’s, bistros, and bars. Also important for its residents, The View is just a 15 minute commute to Grand Central Station via the 7 train, door to door.

“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Modern Spaces on The View. With their extensive knowledge of the neighborhood and real estate market paired with knowing the key buyers, Modern Spaces has been the perfect partner to bring this project to completion,” Scott Walsh, TF Cornerstone’s director of sales and market research, says. “We hope to work with Modern Spaces again in future projects and we couldn’t be happier with the success of this project.”
