Dallas-based architecture firm BOKA Powell designed University House to complement the existing adjacent first phase. Sixthriver Architects was in charge of handling the interior design for the new tower.

“We successfully utilized the traditional design elements already present in the existing building, but upgraded the new building to give it more dynamism and visual appeal as the most prominent student housing development on campus,” added John Orfield, principal, BOKA Powell.
