An amenity-rich 186-unit luxury building at 409 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, has begun leasing several months after early marketing efforts revealed pent-up demand for the new property.

409 Eastern Parkway
Developed by Adam America Real Estate and designed by Isaac & Stern Associates with interiors by Durukan Design, the 11-story building features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 408 square feet to 1,087 square feet and priced from $2,360 to $3,665 per month. There are also three ground-floor retail spaces that run from 2,463 square feet to 3,730 square feet available for lease. Leasing and marketing at the property is being handled by The Aguayo Team at Halstead Property Development Marketing.
“Our goal was to create an amenity-rich building that allows residents the opportunity to live, work and play year-round as their lives and needs change. Whether hosting a party with friends and family, finding a quiet place to work or enjoying the neighborhood’s bustling restaurant scene, 409 Eastern Parkway offers the conveniences young professional and families alike are looking for—all just minutes from downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan,” Omri Sachs, co-founder of Adam America, said in a prepared statement.

The building is located on Eastern Parkway at Bedford Avenue and steps from Franklin Avenue, known for its vibrant bars and restaurants. It is near many of Brooklyn’s best-known attractions including the Brooklyn Public Library, Brooklyn Museum, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket.
The property also offers 17,000 square feet of amenities across three levels, including a landscaped central courtyard and residents’ lounge with co-working space, library, fireplace and kitchenette. The rooftop features seating areas, dining areas with barbecue stations, a bocce ball court, hammocks for lounging and a wet bar. A lower level includes a children’s playroom, game room, screening area with wet bar, fitness center with a separate yoga alcove, a pet spa and laundry room for oversized items. The building has an attended lobby and virtual concierge, package room, live-in superintendent, private and bicycle storage and parking.
The luxury building at 409 Eastern Parkway will also offer 26 residences with private balconies or terraces. Amenities in the units include chef’s kitchens with stainless steel appliances, white lacquer shaker cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops. Many of the apartments will also feature Bosch washers and dryers.
The developers and leasing team launched a web site in June that attracted more 250 prospective residents in just over two months—a sign of the growing demand for luxury properties in Brooklyn.
