Gresham is predicted to become the greater Portland area’s top submarket in the years ahead. The municipality is anticipated to lead in both occupancy and rent growth. Also nearby are shops and casual and fine dining restaurants, as well as convenient access to Gresham’s 23 parks, such as North Gresham and Red Sunset Parks.
The suburb also offers 942 acres of outdoor space, such as Gresham Golf Course and the Columbia River Gorge. Residents can reach downtown Portland in less than 25 minutes, as well as quick access to Portland International Airport.
