CityView and Greystar are nearly complete on the development of Elan Menlo Park, a 146-unit luxury apartment community in Menlo Park, Calif.
KTGY Architecture + Planning designed the apartment community, which was conceived as a series of six interactively connected garden-style apartments.
“There is a tremendous demand for housing in this area and providing new housing opportunities for employees working in the area allows people to live where they work,” Jessica Musick, KTGY Architecture + Planning’s associate principal, told MHN. “The response has been exciting. Elan Menlo Park targets creatives, professionals and those who want the convenience of living where they work.”
Located at 3645 Haven Avenue, the property offers one, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 715 to 1,249 square feet. All apartments feature gourmet kitchens with custom islands, quartz countertops with under mount sinks, European cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances.
Amenities
Elan Menlo Park features a three-story amenity building offering more than 17,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor amenity space for residents, including a community lounge, game room areas, viewing deck, outdoor swimming pool and sun deck.
“There is also a club-quality fitness center,” Musick said. “Other amenities include a pet walk area, bike storage and maintenance stations, entertainment courtyard with outdoor fire pit and BBQ grills. In addition to well-appointed apartment homes, Elan Menlo Park has covered parking and under-unit garages.”
Elan Menlo Park residents are located just minutes from the Dumbarton Bridge, Bayshore 101 Freeway and Facebook’s campus and only 10 minutes to Downtown Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Redwood City.
“The Bay Trail is located adjacent to Elan Menlo Park so residents can bike to work or enjoy the scenic route after work hours and on the weekend,” Musick said. “Elan Menlo Park is also just a four-minute walk from the Marsh Road Shuttle.”
KTGY also recently designed two other communities in the area—the 394-unit Anton Menlo at 3639 Haven Avenue, and the 195-unit apartment home community at 777 Hamilton.
