LMC has kicked off leasing at its second community in Doral, Fla. Leasing opportunities for Vesada will be available through the leasing office that opened earlier this month alongside virtual and online alternatives.
Scheduled to see its first move-ins in March, the 369-unit Vesada will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. The units will feature porcelain flooring throughout the living area and in-unit washer and dryers while some units were built with frameless standing showers. The community also offers a clubhouse, community lounge, makers room, gaming room, fitness center, pool, pet park and coworking spaces.
Located at 10540 NW 78th St., Vesada is approximately 20 miles away from downtown Miami. The community is across from the Doral Commons Shopping Center and roughly two blocks away from Doral Glades Park and the Roseate Spoonbill Lake. Residents will have access to nearby public transportation through bus stations and the Doral Trolley.
DOUBLING DOWN ON DORAL
The start of leasing for Vesada comes eight months after LMC began leasing at its other Doral community, Palmera. The 440-unit luxury community was LMC’s first project in the submarket and is located less than a mile away from Vesada at 8400 NW 102nd Ave. The community similarly offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units with a limited supply of smart-home enabled units. LMC is also working on a 240-unit luxury community with ground-floor retail as part of the 15-acre mixed-use waterfront district Quay Sarasota in Sarasota, Fla.
More recently, LMC started leasing at The Bower, its 339-unit mixed-use community in Kirkland, Wash. The community is among the six properties LMC is working on in the Seattle metro area.
