Canvas features a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units with smart-home capabilities ranging from 529 to 1,244 square feet. In unit amenities include large kitchens, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, ceramic-tile backsplashes, washer/dryer and walk-in closets. Additionally, the community includes 5,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Common-area amenities include a two-story fitness center, swimming pool, spa, courtyard, outdoor area with bar and fire pit, resident lounge with study niches and rooftop sky lounge with indoor/outdoor seating. The pet-friendly community includes pet grooming rooms, bike wash, car charging stations and bike parking.

In March, LMC began construction on Ovation, a luxury mixed-use multifamily community in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood.
