LIVEbe Begins Leasing 2 MD Luxury Communities
Residents will start moving into the Berman Enterprises-owned properties later this year.
Rockville, Md.—LIVEbe Communities, an affiliate of Berman Enterprises, announced the start of pre-leasing at two luxury communities in Maryland—The Remy, located at 7730 Harkins Road in Lanham, and 2Hopkins, located at 2 Hopkins Plaza in Baltimore.

The 278-unit Remy is an eight-story community offering studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. In-unit features include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, washer/dryers, walk-in closets, double-pane windows, sound-proof walls, hardwood engineered floors, balconies, designer lighting and hardware packages. Residents have access to amenities such as concierge services, an outdoor saltwater pool with cabanas, bike storage and repair, a resident lounge, landscaped courtyards, a game room, a movie screening room, a bocce court, fitness center with yoga studio, electric charging stations, car washing and detail, a pet park with dog washing stations, telecommuting spaces with Wi-Fi, a parking garage and rooftop lounge.
The 21-story, 183-unit 2Hopkins community also offers studios and one- and two-bedroom floorplans, with features such as 10-foot ceilings, city views, electronic entry, floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel ceiling fans, quartz countertops, white cabinets, recessed lighting and hardwood engineered flooring. Residents have access to amenities such as a concierge service, a resident lounge with a gaming area, a dog spa, parking garage, storage, telecommuting spaces, bike storage and repair and a fitness center with a yoga studio.
