Legacy Partners Adds New VP to Denver Office
Mike Holt was previously the regional manager of BH Management. In his new role, he will oversee and expand the company’s Denver portfolio, which encompasses more than 2,400 units.
As Legacy Partners has begun accepting applications for its newest community in the Denver area, Legacy on the Promenade, the company also added a new member to its Denver office. As vice president, Mike Holt will be in charge of overseeing and expanding Legacy’s multifamily portfolio, which currently encompasses 2,444 units. A new development, TriVista on Speer, is slated for completion in early 2019.
“Mike Holt brings decades of operational and property management experience to our regional portfolio,” said Spencer Stuart, Legacy Partners’ senior managing director. “Mike’s impressive track record in managing and mastering property management procedures and policies will be a valuable addition to our award-winning property management program.”
27 years in property management
Holt started his career in real estate as a general manager with Stenner Glen. He also worked for Lincoln Property Co., where he advanced to the role of vice president, overseeing all operations in the Denver area. His most recent assignments prior to joining Legacy Partners were overseeing a 1,719-unit portfolio for BH Management, as well as a $30 million rehabilitation project of seven amenity buildings.
Holt hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in industrial technology. He serves as the president-elect of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and was the chair of the association’s new membership committee from 2015 to 2017.
