The Related Group’s CityPlace Doral, a mixed-use urban center, opened in downtown Doral, Fla., this March, boasting a variety of shops, dining and entertainment destinations with apartments, condos and single-family homes. Leasing is now underway at The Flats Luxury Apartments, a live-work-play community featuring two eight-story towers above first-level retail.
Located atop CityPlace Doral at 3555 NW 83rd Ave., The Flats is a solution for renters looking to walk out of their elevator and straight into shops, restaurants or relaxing public spaces.
Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica on a 55-acre site, the development encompasses approximately 300,000 square feet of retail space, as well as more than 400 luxury residences. Apart from the 303-unit The Flats, CityPlace Doral’s residential component also includes The Manor and Oasis Park Square. The Manor Apartments is a collection of 19 luxury units, while Oasis features contemporary-style single-family residences developed in partnership with Shoma Homes.

The master-planned community is located just two miles from Miami International Airport, five miles from Coral Gables and seven miles from downtown Miami. The recently completed property encompasses one-, two- and three-bedroom studios with rents ranging from $1,645 to $3,600 a month.
