LCOR Residential Takes Over 900 Units

LCOR Residential recently won three property management assignments, totaling 900 units—bringing the company’s property management portfolio to more than 8,000 units nationwide.

St. Petersburg, Fla.—LCOR Residential, the multifamily and property management division of LCOR, recently won three property management assignments, totaling 900 units—bringing the company’s property management portfolio to more than 8,000 units nationwide. The properties include Fusion 1560 in St. Petersburg, Fla.; Tortuga Pointe in St. Petersburg, Fla.; and Waterford at Superstition Springs in Mesa, Ariz. The two Florida properties add an additional 620 units to LCOR Residential’s Southeast portfolio.

“LCOR Residential is dedicated to providing the upmost in quality of life for residents while ensuring that these properties are successful residential destinations to maximize value for ownership,” Peter DiLullo, III, vice president of LCOR, tells MHN.

Tortuga Pointe

Fusion 1560 features 325 loft-style apartments. The units include one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The amenities include a fitness center; clubroom with juice bar, billiards room and demonstration kitchen; full-service health spa; a swimming pool; and courtyard with grilling area.

Tortuga Pointe has 295 units featuring studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The amenities at Tortuga Pointe include spa and treatment centers, fitness center with boxing area, conference room/business center, clubroom, billiards and game area, library, a pool with private cabanas and a courtyard with a grilling area.

Waterford at Superstition Springs

The third property, Waterford at Superstition Springs, is a garden-style community including 280 units that feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The amenities include a car care center, playground, spa with whirl pool, pool, business center, fitness center and picnic area.
