Bascom Closes on 138-Unit Community in Whittier, Calif.
The Bascom Group has announced that it has acquired Four Winds Apartments in the South Los Angeles County city of Whittier, Calif. for a price of $13.4 million or $97,101 per unit. The 138-unit, garden-style community is located at 8121 Broadway Avenue in Whittier and marks The Bascom Group’s second purchase in Southern California in that past two months.
