Lantower Snags Orlando Community

The Oasis at Grande Pines includes 282 units that feature "smart home" systems. Communal amenities include a fitness center, a yoga room and a lake with LED-lit fountains.

Lantower Grande PinesDallas-based Lantower Residential has acquired the Oasis at Grande Pines in southwest Orlando for an unspecified price, which it has renamed Lantower Grande Pines. The seller was Picerne Real Estate Group, which developed the property.

The property is located at 11128 Grande Pines Circle, between International Drive and I-4. Completed this year, the 282-unit community features one-, two- and three- bedroom units. Interior amenities include wine racks, Energy Star stainless-steel appliances and various “smart home” systems.

Common amenities including a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, separate yoga room, clubroom with entertaining space and billiards and resort-style pool with cabanas. There is also a lake with LED-lit fountains and a dog park on the property.

Deal Expands Lantower as Orlando Landlord

“The acquisition of Lantower Grande Pines enables Lantower Residential to expand its current Orlando position with a newly constructed asset in one of the strongest submarkets in Orlando,” said Lantower Residential COO Philippe Lapointe.

Upon acquisition of Lantower Grande Pines, Lantower Residential’s portfolio will include 14 multifamily properties consisting of 4,882 residential units. Lantower is a subsidiary of H&R REIT specializing in multifamily communities in the U.S.
