LandSouth Breaks Ground on $30M FL Project

The firm is teaming up with Integra Realty to develop the 300-unit Integra Sunrise in Kissimmee, Fla. The property is slated for completion by April 2019.

LandSouth Construction has broken ground on Integra Sunrise, a $30 million apartment community in Kissimmee, Fla. Integra Land Co. is the developer. Maitland, Fla.-based Charlan Brock and Associates is designing the 11-acre, 403,688-square-foot community.

Located at 4701 Luminous Loop, on Sunrise City Drive at the Osceola Parkway, the 300-unit community will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes in different floor plans, ranging from 831 to 1,407 square feet. The project will  include eight buildings furnished with elevators and screened balconies.

Boston-based Panther Residential Management will be leasing and managing Integra Sunrise. LandSouth’s Joyce Englander will act as project manager, while Karin Krajankowski will serve as project administrator and Duke Overstreet will be the superintendent.

Community amenities will include:

  • Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances
  • Clubhouse
  • Swimming pool
  • Fitness center
  • Business center
  • Dog park
  • Playground with bocce ball court
  • Fire grills

The project is slated for completion by April 2019.

This is not the first time Integra Realty and LandSouth have teamed up in the Sunshine State. The two firms also broke ground on a luxury apartment community in Jacksonville, Fla., late last year.
