Kyle Tangney Moves Up the Ladder at Greysteel
Tangney has been with the company since it was founded, in 2012.

Washington, D.C.—Greysteel announced the promotion of Kyle Tangney to the position of managing director. Previously, he held the title of senior director in the company’s Washington, D.C. office.
Tangney focuses on multifamily property deals, mainly in the Washington, D.C. area, and works with private clients, middle market companies and institutional investors. As the leader of Greysteel’s local investments sales team, he is responsible for business development, marketing strategy and start-to-finish deal execution.
“Kyle brings exceptional brokerage expertise, management skills and extensive knowledge of the investment sales market to our company,” Ari Firoozabadi, president & CEO of Greysteel, said in a prepared statement. “He has been with Greysteel since the beginning and has consistently delivered high levels of service and value to clients, year after year.”
Tangney came to Greysteel in 2012, when the company launched, after three years as an investment associate at Marcus & Millichap. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland.
