Kyle Builders Go Into the Woods

September 16 marked the groundbreaking for a single-family home development in Kyle.

The builders, David Weekley Homes and Scott Felder Homes, hosted the event, which signaled the start of construction on the new community, dubbed Cypress Forest. Upon completion, the community will include 340 homes on 55-, 65-, and 85-foot  sites.

In keeping with its name, Cypress Forest will feature wooded sites and ample trees. Details on amenities are pending, but the developers promise a pool for the community, and Cypress Forest will be within walking distance of Wallace Middle School. Pre-sales will begin in early 2016, and the model home grand opening is scheduled for June 2016.
