KWCC, The Condo Shop Merge to Serve Philly
The strategic alliance with a team of more than 250 agents will enable The Condo Shop to boost the company’s growth and have access to better tools and resources.

The Condo Shop announced it will combine forces with real estate company Keller Williams Center City. The strategic alliance will affirm Keller as the largest residential brokerage company in Philadelphia.
“All Condo Shop locations will be rebranded with the KW flag as a testament to the confidence the TCS family has in the great brand Antonio Atacan and family have developed here in Philadelphia. The Condo Shop will continue to maintain and operate out of its three existing office locations in Rittenhouse, Art Museum and Old City,” Ben Oller, principal at The Condo Shop, said in prepared remarks.
Growth Plans
Having operated as an independent residential brokerage firm since its inception in 2006, The Condo Shop consists of more than 55 licensed real estate agents in three Center City locations. Keller Williams has offices across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. Its business includes educational resources and technological tools.
“Partnering and combining forces with Antonio Atacan at Keller Williams Realty Center City Philadelphia, with a team of over 250+ agents, will give us a boost in our growth and an opportunity for our team to excel even further with access to better tools and resources,” Gaurav Gambhir, principal of The Condo Shop, said in a prepared statement.
