By Anuradha Kher, Online News EditorIrvine, Calif.–Jaime Chandler, district manager of the Inland Empire division of Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc., an Irvine, Calif.-based property management firm, was recently honored with the firm’s Excellence in Service Award at its annual meeting. Chandler has since been promoted to director of new project development and is now based out of the company’s headquarters.The Excellence in Service Award is presented to an employee who promotes Keystone Pacific’s philosophy, delivers exceptional customer service and exhibits superb leadership qualities. “The award is a recognition of our efforts in the Temecula office,” Chandler tells MHN. “My management philosophy is totally aligned with the company’s, so it’s a great honor. My plan now is to work toward learning my new role and in this weak economy, to solidify some of our new processes.”Chandler has worked for Keystone Pacific for a total of four years. She started as one of the company’s new development community association managers, then becoming district manager.Jaime is very dedicated and well liked by all of her co-workers,” says Denise Bergstrom, vice president of association management. “She always has a positive attitude, offers extra support to her team and is a true professional. She exemplifies everything that Keystone Pacific values.”As district manager, Chandler’s responsibilities included overseeing existing and new development properties throughout the Inland Empire, which is an area consisting of Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
