Howell Township, N.J.—K. Hovnanian Homes has unveiled plans for K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Monmouth Woods. The development will be just off of Route 9, at 200 W. Farms Road in Howell Township, which is in Monmouth County, N.J.
K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Monmouth Woods follows on the heels of another one of the builder’s active-adult developments in Monmouth County: K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Manalapan. That project is now sold out.
The new project will offer similar amenities for 55+ homebuyers, including a variety of floorplans, including some not previously offered at any of the company’s other developments, and resort-like amenities. Those include a 4,400 square foot clubhouse, a pool, tennis courts and bocce ball.
New Jersey’s second largest mall, Freehold Raceway Mall, is nearby, and Route 9 is also home to many major retail chains. Manasquan Reservoir County Park is another nearby feature, along with a number of golf courses.
Monmouth County is in central New Jersey, and is the northernmost county along the Jersey Shore. The county is 38th among the highest-income counties in the United States, according to the Census Bureau, putting it nearly in the top 1 percent of counties (it’s in the top 1.2 percent).
