The 10-story building will offer a mix of 197 one-, two- and three-bedroom units with in-unit amenities such as washer/dryer, quartz countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator and living room TV. Common-area amenities will include:

  • clubhouse
  • 24-hour fitness center
  • indoor garage parking
  • study rooms
  • computer lab
  • resident lobby
  • roommate-matching program
  • coffee bar and lounge area

Additionally, The Bridge on Forbes will offer approximately 7,000 square feet of outdoor space including two courtyards with seating, firepits and grilling stations. Rycon Construction serves as the general constructor and Desmone Architects as the architect for the project.

“There is clearly a demand in this marketplace for student housing and, through our collaboration with Pinecrest, we are ecstatic to know that our development has been a smashing success,” Michael Orsak, senior vice president of Investments at Campus Advantage, said in a prepared statement.
