Jupiter Realty to Open Chicago Luxury Building
The 465 North Park tower, which offers 444 units and more than 10,000 square feet of retail space, is one of several recent high-rises changing Streeterville’s skyline.

A new high-rise has been added to Chicago’s Streeterville skyline. 465 North Park, a Jupiter Realty Co. development, is located just a few blocks from One Bennett Park, which, once finalized, is dubbed to be the city’s tallest all residential tower. Jupiter, which broke ground on the property in 2016, set its opening date for August 2018. The 48-story multifamily community will offer 444 units, more than 10,000 square feet of retail space and 181 parking spaces.
In addition to Jupiter, the development team included designer Pappageorge Haymes Partners and general contractor Power Construction. Bozzuto will manage the building, which is the most recent addition to MetLife Investment Management and Allstate’s investment portfolio.
Located at the corner of East Illinois and North Park Drive, 465 North Park includes a combination of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as 10 two-story townhomes and penthouses. The 38th floor features a skydeck and there’s also a 12,000-square-foot fitness center available for residents. Amenities, which span more than one acre, also include:
- common areas for conference or gaming use
- a pool with cabanas, green spaces, fire pits, grilling stations and a kitchen
- outdoor TV viewing areas
- pet spa
- dry-cleaning service
- bike room with repair station
- Wi-Fi connectivity
Future residents will benefit from views of the city’s skyline and proximity to Lake Michigan and the Chicago River.
