The 304-unit Villages at Peytona Downs will be part of the master-planned Greensboro Village, which features residential, retail and office space.
JPL Development has acquired a 21-acre site for the development of The Villages at Peytona Downs in Gallatin, Tenn., which has been approved for 304 garden apartments. The company was represented by Ashley Bishop, owner & principal broker of Site Selection Tennessee. The seller, Green & Little LP, was self-represented.
The new community will be part of the master-planned Greensboro Village, which features residential, retail and office space. Upon completion, The Villages at Peytona Downs will incorporate a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Interior features will include upgraded lighting, cabinets and fixtures; subway tile backsplashes; framed mirrors; nine-foot ceilings; walk-in closets; full size laundry; two inch blinds, upgraded sound proofing and patios. Residents will have access to amenities such as a clubhouse, workout room, common lounge, entertainment kitchen and bar, business center, outside kitchen and barbecue area, fire pits, dog walking and wash area, car wash and saltwater pool with cabanas.
The property is also located near the Kennesaw Farms mixed-use planned development and next to residential golf and lakefront communities Fairvue Plantation and Foxland Harbor. The general contractor on the project is BACAR Constructors and Lose & Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.
“JPL Development is focused on developing luxury garden apartments in high-growth suburban communities. Gallatin, Tenn. and Sumner County are known for its highly-ranked public schools and move-up housing. The developer will hold this project long-term and has plans for a truly luxurious suburban product,” Bishop told Multi-Housing News.
