JPI Closes Financing for Upscale TX Community

Located in the Las Colinas neighborhood of Irving, Texas, Jefferson Promenade will include 387 units. The property will be located close to the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters master-planned development.

JPI has finished securing financing for its latest apartment community development, Jefferson Promenade. The building will be situated in the Las Colinas neighborhood in Irving, Texas, close to the Cypress Waters 1,000-acre, master-planned project.

Jefferson Promenade will be a 387-unit apartment community situated at 555 Promenade Parkway. The property totals 882,000 square feet and will include two-storied mezzanine and loft apartment homes. The average unit size will be 896 square feet. Among the amenities are a fitness center, yoga facilities, private patios and ground-floor private yards. O’Brien Architects designed the property.

DFW within reach

Residents of the Texas luxury community have a variety of transit options nearby. A DART station at Irving Convention Center is a few minutes away from the property. The green and orange rail lines extend from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport towards downtown Dallas and beyond.

There are also a number of employment, shopping and entertainment centers near the community, including Cypress Waters and Toyota Music Factory. Downtown Dallas is a half-hour drive from the property via interstates 30 and 35, while Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is about 20 minutes away.
