Bluffton Park Apartments has tapped JMG Realty to oversee the management and operations of a 110-unit luxury community under construction in the town of Bluffton, S.C. Completion of the property, Enclave at Bluffton Park, is targeted for mid-2020 and the first units are slated to be delivered late this month.
Located at 12 Wilkinson Way, off South Carolina Highway 46, the project broke ground last November. The new apartment community will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as two-story townhomes. One-story garden floorplans are available, along with attached and detached garages. High-end finishes will include high ceilings, large kitchen islands and granite counters, and the residences also come with private balconies and patios.
Community amenities will include a pool with covered entertainment pavilion, a clubhouse with fitness center and outdoor recreational areas. Enclave at Bluffton Park is located in a natural marsh setting that provides both privacy and convenient access to Bluffton Parkway, an east-west thoroughfare that connects to the Hilton Head Island resort town.
The community also provides complimentary bicycles and is connected via bike path to the shopping and dining options of Old Town Bluffton just a half mile away. A grand opening is planned after the holidays.
Building a southern portfolio
Through the deal, JMG has expanded its management portfolio to 14 communities in the Carolinas. The company currently manages more than $5 billion in assets spanning more than 30,000 units existing and under development across the U.S.
Continental Realty Corp. recently acquired The Bluestone, a 360-unit community in Bluffton for $69.3 million. The property is located at 4921 Bluffton Parkway, one mile east of Enclave at Bluffton Park.
