Manhattan Building Co. has unveiled details of its newly completed Soho Lofts in Jersey City, N.J. The community-oriented luxury property features 377 units which mix urban and industrial finishes and design elements often found in the hospitality industry.
The asset located at 273 16th St. in the city’s emerging SoHo West neighborhood includes one- to four-bedroom apartments as well as private townhomes. Unit sizes range from 622 to more than 3,397 square feet, while rents begin at $2,000 per month. Each apartment features 10-foot ceilings, expansive windows, white oak flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and glass-enclosed showers. Besides a two-story lobby, attended valet parking and concierge services, the two-building community boasts several lifestyle amenities:
