Irving Townhomes Hit the Market
Texas 05 Partners LLC has retained Greysteel to handle the sale of Radford Place Townhomes, a 30-unit multifamily community in Irving, Texas.

Dallas—Greysteel has been named exclusive advisor and agent for the sale of a 30-unit multifamily community in Irving, Texas. Texas 05 Partners LLC selected the company to market Radford Place Townhomes.

Located at 3922 Evergreen, Radford Place Townhomes features 30 units with two- and three-bedroom floorplans. The property was built in 1986 and offers amenities such as covered parking, a swimming pool and a hot tub. Radford Place was recently renovated and 22 of its units now include wood-style flooring, faux-granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded ceiling fans and dining fixtures, new carpet in bedrooms and upgraded appliances.
“Radford Place Townhomes’ average unit size of 1,175 square feet gives the property a distinct advantage in the strong renter’s market of Irving, Texas,” Mueller said in prepared remarks. “Irving maintains one of the highest percentages in the nation of households with children, so large units in the market are highly sought after,” he added.
Boyan Radic, managing director, Doug Banerjee, senior director, Andrew Mueller, Ryan Hill and Andrew Hanson, investment associates, with Greysteel’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices, are marketing the property.
